The Garage

The Garage can be built in either the Dutch Barn or Workshop style. The 9x7 overhead door is installed on the gable end of the building. The Garage floor is capable of supporting the weight of a utility tractor, small boat, or mid-size vehicle. This heavy floor begins with five 4x4 pressure treated skids. The 2x4 floor joists are spaced every 12". This is sheeted with 3/4" tongue and groove Advantech plywood. Along with the overhead door, our price includes one 36" single wood door, two standard windows, shutters, and gable vents.
